Indoor Signages for
Dayton's
If I were to choose a project I had the most fun in my long illustration career so far, this is it. Illustration for indoor signages for now-defunct Dayton's, department stores owned by Dayton-Hudson (now Target Corporation).
At the time, I was trying to move away from using airbrush and was experimenting with a new style, which was a mixture of manual, using brushes, and digital techniques, and the art director, Justine Tucker, gave me total freedom with how I should illustrate. So, I got to be creative and have fun.
